Get Famous with Mindawn

Mindawn offers budding musicians at UCLA the opportunity to get exposure for their music by uploading as many albums and tracks as you want, with no wait or approval process. You can be "live” within 30 minutes of opening your account. Best of all, Mindawn has agreed to allow UCLA artists to use their service with no annual fee! And the royalties are better for artists than those offered by most record labels: 75% for electronic content exclusive to Mindawn, and 55% for non-exclusive electronic content.

UCLA video artists can also upload their visual works to Mindawn’s site, using any format and setting their own price. You can show off your band or showcase your latest DVD!

Getting the $50 New Artist fee waived:
First create an artist profile on Mindawn, then email Shawn@Mindawn.com with your Artist ID using your UCLA email address. Shawn, who is the President of Mindawn, will confirm and activate your account.
